Information Required Before Customization

Regarding to your requirements, our designers require to have your PCB drawings and PCBA board, BOM file and fixture specifications.

  • To accurately design the PCB position of the fixture and the slotting position of the opening, it is necessary to have a GERBER FILE corresponding to the PCB.
  • In order to know the height of the reverse SMD components, as well as some special need to tin or protection, you need to provide PCBA solid board.
  • On the same GERBER FILE, our designers need to know which components require tinning, which components need to be protected. This can be judged according to the your BOM.
  • The flow direction of the fixture, the width and thickness of the flow, how to engrave, the material used for the tin strip, the type of crimping and the installation method are all necessary.
