1) Share your Gerber file and BOM list, photos of the assembled PCB boards, as well as your special requirements if have;
2) Then we Smart SMT Tools will evaluate and provide a detail quotation to you soon, if there’s any engineering questions, we’ll negotiate with you in advance; The quotation including quantity, size, material thickness treatment, weight, lead time etc;
3) After your approval and order, our engineer team will start to do the designing of SMT carrier for you soon, we can provice 2D (.dxf) or 3D (.step) data for your checking before production;
4) Once you confirm the drawing, the production team can get down to arrange it shortly, the lead time is normally 3-5 days for prototype, and 7-10 days for volume order, that depends on the difficulty of SMT carriers and the production schedule;
5) Before shipment, we’ll do some tolerance test and measurement; meanwhile, some photos of the front and back side of SMT carriers will be sent to you for further checking;
6) Deliver to you right away by DHL / UPS /FedEx.
