FPC soft board is difficult to position during printing, patching, and furnace, therefore it needs to be attached to the soft board to operate normally. While printing, our carriers can withstand high temperature during the furnace, and it is fixed by 0.06MM steel sheet.
We install a strong magnet on the back and fit it into the fixture to create stronger suction. The other spare areas are designed with a small number of holes to facilitate the heat dissipation during overheating.
The base is fixed with a positioning pin. The size of the aligning pin is determined by. the size of the positioning hole, appropriately matched with the magnetic steel sheet and the FPC soft board.
